How Pricing Works
I quote per project to give you an accurate number up front. Here's what factors into the rate:
Production Labor Rate
Location Sound and Event Sound labor is $900 for a 10-hour day on-site, with one meal break included within the 10 hours.
Duration
After 10 hours on site overtime applies in quarter-hour segments at $135 per full hour.
Equipment Needs
Every shoot and every event is unique. After a quick discussion of your project I'll be able to quote your custom kit price.
Travel
No travel charges for most of New Jersey and the NYC metro area. Locations beyond a 75 mile radius from Central NJ incur mileage charges in excess of 75 miles and clock starts upon departure to location, stopping at end of return trip. Travel-only days negotiable. Parking billed as pass through cost.

Event Sound & PA Rates
Event sound and PA system pricing is quoted per project based on venue size, guest count, microphone needs, and duration. A typical package for a 100-person corporate event or ceremony includes:
- Powered speakers sized for the venue
- Wireless microphones (handheld, lavalier, or podium)
- Digital mixing console
- Music playback system
- Setup, sound check, live mix, and teardown
- On-site operator for the entire event
For events requiring additional speakers, subwoofers, or specialty microphones, I'll include those in the quote.
